• Develop staffing plan, establish required position descriptions<br />

• Coordinate space needs at the Department of Consumer <strong>and</strong> Regulatory Affairs (<strong>DC</strong>RA) Headquarters<br />

• Develop <strong>and</strong> implement st<strong>and</strong>ard operating procedures<br />

• Determine where Permit Operations will be located<br />

• Continue to provide permit services throughout transition<br />

<strong>FY</strong> <strong>2011</strong> Major Recommended Activities <strong>and</strong> Changes<br />

• Staff department as recommended in transition plan<br />

• Continue development of st<strong>and</strong>ard procedures<br />

• Meet goals for review cycle times, as defined in st<strong>and</strong>ard procedures<br />

Impact of Capital <strong>Proj</strong>ects on <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2010</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2011</strong> <strong>Operating</strong> Expenditures<br />

• Increase in the <strong>FY</strong> 2009 - <strong>FY</strong> 2018 CIP would result increase staff time to review <strong>and</strong> process needed permit applications
