* <strong>DC</strong> WASA's share of the District's stormwater fee - 91.5 million<br />

* ln <strong>FY</strong> 2009 the Cost of Service Study recommended an alternative miscellaneous fire protection fee for the dem<strong>and</strong><br />

customers place on the system <strong>and</strong> any usage through their connections. Currently, fire protection charges to the District of<br />

Columbia will match the actual cost of debt for capital <strong>and</strong> operating expenses per independent cost of service study. The<br />

Fire Protection Fee for <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2010</strong> is projected at $6.1 million<br />

* Recovery of indirect costs from <strong>DC</strong> WASA's IMA partners - $3.S million - this reflects recovery of indirect costs on capital<br />

projects (e.9., costs for Finance <strong>and</strong> Budget, General Counsel, <strong>and</strong> Human Resources functions)<br />

* Other miscellaneous fees <strong>and</strong> charges, including service line replacements, developer-related fees, etc. - $8.3 million<br />
