BOARD OF GOVERNORS PERSONNEL COMMITTEE REPORT<br />
March 25, 2013<br />
The Personnel Committee met on Monday, March 25, 2013.<br />
Present were:<br />
• Bill Bouie, Chair<br />
• Bill Penniman, Vice Chair<br />
• Cathy Vivona<br />
• Lisa Ehrhardt<br />
Absent and Excused:<br />
• Vicky Wingert<br />
• Bill Keefe<br />
Bill Bouie called the meeting to order at 8:08 p.m.<br />
MOTION #1:<br />
To Enter Into Closed Session to Discuss a Personnel Matter<br />
Bill B. moved to enter into closed session pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, chapter<br />
2.2-3705, Section 1, to discuss a personnel matter. Bill P. seconded the motion. The motion passed<br />
unanimously.<br />
The Board entered into closed session.<br />
MOTION #2:<br />
To Reconvene in Open Session<br />
Cathy moved to reconvene in open session. Bill P. seconded the motion. All Board Members certified that<br />
to the best of each member’s knowledge (i) only public business matters lawfully exempted from open<br />
meeting requirements under the aforementioned chapter and (ii) only such public business matters as<br />
were identified in the motion by which the closed meeting was convened were heard, discussed or<br />
considered in the meeting by the public body.<br />
The Board reconvened in open session.<br />
MOTION #3:<br />
To Proceed with the Personnel Matter Agreed Upon in Closed Session<br />
Bill P. moved to proceed with referral of a personnel matter to the Board for resolution. Cathy seconded<br />
the motion. The motion passed unanimously.<br />
Bill B. adjourned the meeting at 8:27 p.m.<br />
