Youth Summer Camps<br />

The big demand is for specialty camps. We can get more of the popular camps in RCC Hunters<br />

Woods (with higher enrollment capabilities) while eliminating others that are not as well<br />

attended. We estimate that adding the programs listed below would serve an additional 152<br />

participants. Our youth summer camps are subsidized to an extent to encourage enrollment;<br />

subsidy rates don’t exceed 20% of the direct costs. Revenues are also significantly impacted by<br />

utilization of the RCC Summer Camp Fee Waiver program.<br />

These specialty camps represent the most popular offerings of the 2013 camp season.<br />

Facility Rentals<br />

Since 2002, no adjustments have been made to RCC’s facility rental rates, with the exception of<br />

the rates for the <strong>Center</strong>Stage, <strong>Community</strong> Room, and Gallery which were increased prior to the<br />

2011-2012 rental season.<br />

For the twelve month period from January to December 2012, rental revenue (excluding pool<br />

and theatre rentals) totaled approximately $139,260.<br />

Below is a breakdown of our meeting room types and the rates charged by RCC and similar<br />

facilities:<br />

Small Meeting Room (25 people, approximately 400 square feet)<br />
