The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:07 p.m.<br />

MOTION #1:<br />

Approval of the Agenda:<br />

Bill B. moved that the Agenda be approved as written. Roger seconded the motion. The motion passed<br />

unanimously.<br />

MOTION #2:<br />

Approval of the February 4, 2013 Board Minutes:<br />

Subject to correcting the January 7, 2012 dates that appear on page one, Bill P. moved that the Board<br />

approve the February 4, 2013 Board Minutes. Bill B. seconded the motion. The motion passed<br />

unanimously.<br />

MOTION #3:<br />

Approval of the February 4, 2013 Board Actions:<br />

Bill B. moved that the Board approve the February 4, 2013 Board Actions. Bill P. seconded the motion.<br />

The motion passed unanimously.<br />

Chair’s Remarks:<br />

Bev thanked the Board members for their time and noted that Comcast was unable to record tonight’s<br />

meeting.<br />

Introduction of Visitors<br />

Committee Reports:<br />

February 11 <strong>Community</strong> Relations and Program Policy Joint Committee Meeting<br />

Roger (Chairman of the <strong>Community</strong> Relations committee) said it was a great meeting. He thinks the input<br />

was extraordinary and that the meeting report could be a great communications tool to provide to the<br />

public as a way to highlight RCC’s strengths and involvement in the community.<br />

MOTION #4:<br />

Approval of the February 11 <strong>Community</strong> Relations and Program Policy Joint Committee Report:<br />

Bill B. moved that the Board approve the February 11 <strong>Community</strong> Relations and Program/Policy Joint<br />

Committee Meeting report. Bill P. seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.<br />
