Autosorb -6B/6B-Kr
-Kr
Autosorb iQ-MP/ MP-XR, iQ-AG
Premier, high performance, one or two port surface area and expanded-range pore size
analyzer. Very small micropore range possible by virtue of high-vacuum, turbomolecular
system and precision low-pressure transducers. MP model has 1000, 10 and 1 torr transducers,
MP-XR model uses 1000, 10 and 0.1 torr transducers. Metal O-rings and gaskets in
critical measurement zones assure very-low and ultra-low pressure capability. Very low
surface area materials accommodated as standard; already krypton-enabled - no upgrade
necessary. Accuracy assured by dedicated reference (saturation) pressure transducer.
Includes two, independent preparation (degassing) stations. Degassing is optimized by
inclusion of vapor cold-trap, intelligent PC control and access to patented, oil-free highvacuum
system. Leading-edge data analysis software included as standard, for demanding
research application (DFT, QSDFT, GCMC and classical methods). Available as standard
(but upgradable) surface area/mesopore size analyzer with non-turbo vacuum system
(Autosorb iQ-AG). Additional options are available for specific applications (see Chemisorption
and Vapor sorption, p3).
CHEMISORPTION, VAPOR AND
WATER SORPTION
Autosorb iQ-C/C-XR
Chemisorption and physisorption capabilities combined in a single instrument.
Includes all capabilities of Autosorb iQ-MP model as standard. Fully automated
in-situ treatment of sample includes gas switching and heating profiles. Usersprogrammable,
automatic protocols combine treatment and analysis for handsoff
operation. Chemi-isotherms yield metal area, dispersion, nanocluster size and
spillover. Detailed calculation and reporting software for comprehensive catalyst
characterization. Mass-spectrometer, TPR/TPD and vapor sorption options available
(see below). XR version features the 0.1 torr transducers and ultra-low physisorption
capability of the Autosorb-iQ-MP-XR.
Autosorb iQ-C-XR
Autosorb iQ-C
• Autosorb iQ-C-TCD:
generate TPX profiles for reaction thermodynamics. Includes pulse-titration feature
range: from sub-zero to ** furnace max.
• Autosorb iQ-C-Mass Spec:
mass signals gives multiple TPX curves. Can be combined with TCD option (above)
and/or Vapor option (below).
• Autosorb iQ-Vapor:
Thermostatted heating prevents condensation of vapors. Available on all models.
Aquadyne DVS
Aquadyne DVS
The Aquadyne DVS is a fully automated, gravimetric, dual sample water vapor
sorption analyzer. It measures adsorption and desorption isotherms of water vapor
both accurately and sensitively, including sorption kinetics, with minimal operator
involvement.
** requires additional accessory.

operation. Thermostatted version available- see Accessories p6.

PoreMaster ® /PoreMaster ® GT
Automatic pore size and pore volume distribution analyzers using rapid mercury
intrusion. Pore size range measured safely and quietly from 950 µm diameter to less
than 3.5nm in the 60,000 psi capable units, 6.5nm in the 33,000 psi models. Both
versions have two, built-in low pressure analysis ports (for pore sizes above 4 µm)
which also automatically evacuate and correctly fill sample cells with mercury.
The high pressure cavity, for pore sizes smaller than 4 µm, holds one sample cell in
the standard unit, and two cells in the GT model for greater throughput.
analysis up to 950 µm diameter. Includes the same filling/low pressure safty features
Porometer 3G
porometry ( Through-Pore Size )
Porometer 3G
The Porometer 3G series of capillary flow porometers includes five models to best
fit the widest range of through-pore size and bubble point applications. Automatic
measurements of filters, membranes, woven and non-woven textiles, papers, etc,
in a compact yet powerful table-top unit. Pressure capabilities of 0.015 to 500 psi
represents a pore size range extending from over 500 µm to below 0.02 µm.
Gas permeability measurements are included as standard; available options include
liquid permeability and in-plane porometry.
