Sub :- Preparation of seniority list in the cadre of Multi Tasking Staff.
Cadre wise brief service particulars in respect of officials posted under your
establishment in position as on 01.01.2012 in Gr. cadres (Now Gr. 'C') viz. Mate
(Ind./Non-Ind.)/Meteorological Attendant, Record Sorter, Book Binder, Printer,
Daftly, Senior Peon, Head Chowkidar, Head Mali, Mukhya Safaiwala, Peon,
Frash, Chowkidar, Mazdoor, Safaiwala, Gardener, Cleaner and Multi-Tasking Staff
in the enclosed format may be provided to this office by 25.03.2012 positively in
order to prepare seniority list in the cadre of Multi Tasking Staff. The service
records of the candidates and persons in position in the respective cadres as on
01.01.2012 may be checked thoroughly before sending to H.Q. DGM (HQ) will not
be responsible in case the wrong data/incomplete information is received from
your office for the same. 'Nil' report may be sent to this office, in case no Gr. 'D'
(now Gr. 'C') staff is posted under your establishment.
Matter may be treated as Most Urgent.
