21 st to 23 rd July, 2011.
3. Dr..R.V.Sharma, DDGM.,R.M.C.Mumbai has attended NMSRB Meeting 2011 on 26 th
July 2011 at Mumbai.
4. Shri N.Y.Apte, Scientist ‘F’ joined as D.D.G.M on 28 TH July 2011 at RMC Mumbai.

a. Dr. R. V. Sharma, DDGM RMC MUMBAI visited DWR Bhuj station for DWR progress
work and attended meeting with CPWD Civil and electrical and BEL officials.
b. Shri S.G.Kamble,Director, DWR Mumbai had meeting with GE, NOFRA on 08/07/11 in
connection with civil/electrical maintenance works to be done by MES.
c. Shri Vrushabhendra S. H. M., DGM, Shri Vijay Raghavan, GM, BEL, Shri K. S. Umesh,
Sr. DGM, BEL, visited DWR Mumbai on 27/07/11.
d. Shri B. K. Biswas, Director M.O.Mumbai gave presentation on the subject “Atmospheric
Circulation/Oscillation and its effect on monsoon activity” on 27.07.11
e. Dr. (Mrs.) Kamaljit Ray, Dir. I/C attended Review Committee Meeting for S.O.P. held at
D.G.M. Office New Delhi from 06 to 11-07-2011.
f. Dr.(Mrs.)Kamaljit Ray, Director I/C delivered lecture on “Midseason Review of Monsoon” organized by
IMS Ahmedabad Chapter at Space Application Centre, Ahmedabad on 22 nd July.
g. Dr. (Mrs.) Kamaljit Ray, Director and Mrs. M. Mohanty, Meteorologist –I attended the State level
Weather watch group meeting under the chairmanship of Commissioner of Relief, Government of
Gujarat at Sachivalaya Gandhinagar on 05 th , 12 th , 19 th & 26 th July 2011.
h. Shri K.V. Singh, Director, Goa had a meeting with the Superintending Engineer, CPWD on 1 st in
connection with DWR building & other civil works.
i. Shri K.V. Singh, Director, Goa along with Shri N. Haridasan, A.M. I met the Collector, North Goa
on 5 th in connection with CWDS site.
j. Shri K.V. Singh, Director, Goa attended the Executive committee meeting of State Disaster
Management headed by Chief Secretary on 22 nd at Secretariat Porvorim Goa.
