DFK Romania has two partners and more
than twenty staff. They are authorised by the
Romanian Financial Auditors Chamber to
perform the audit of Romanian companies
according to Romanian Accounting Standards
and International Accounting Standards. The
professional personnel of the company are all

UK or USA institutions, of which more than
five are members of the Romanian Financial
