The World Association of Investment
Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) was
established in 1995 and is registered
as a non-governmental organization
events have been organized by
WAIPA, alone or in partnership with
others. Through its wide range of
activities, WAIPA provides investment
promotion agencies (IPAs) with
the opportunity of networking
and exchanging best practices in
investment attraction.WAIPA has
increasingly acted as an advocate
on behalf of Member Agencies in
support of the relevant role they play.
