STEP 3: <strong>EFIS</strong>-<strong>D6</strong> ENCODER FORMAT<br />
For proper communication the <strong>EFIS</strong> Altitude Encoder format must be set to format number one.<br />
To change this setting, from the main menu, select: SETUP > ALTENC. Press FRMAT until it<br />
reads “1.”<br />
