The <strong>Alexandrina</strong> <strong>Council</strong> Library Service offers a range of<br />
children’s activities and special children’s programmes<br />
during South Australian school holidays. Ph 8555 7000<br />
Cockle Train<br />
Operates on Wednesdays, Sundays and daily during South<br />
Australian school holidays. There are three departure<br />
times from the Goolwa Station with return trips along the<br />
scenic coastline between Goolwa, Port Elliot and Victor<br />
Harbor with a diesel locomotive, heritage railcar or steam<br />
train.<br />

1 hour Cruise on the Lower Murray River on board a 100 year<br />
old wood fired heritage paddle steamer. Leaves from the<br />
Goolwa Wharf, please check with Visitor centre for running<br />
