In cryogenic technology, just as in other fields, we grow by meeting challenges. Every new project represents a new challenge to us. Besides our off-the-shelf equipment, which can be adapted to suit individual needs, specialists at Linde Kryotechnik also design custom built equipment for helium and hydrogen liquefaction as well as refrigeration systems. We continually work to improve and optimize all system components, using the experience and innovations derived from past projects. This understanding of quality has earned ISO 9001:2000 certification for our products and services. But this by itself is not enough for us. Every project is assigned its own project manager along with the project team made up of process engineers, designers, and electrical engineers and technicians. And there’s more: As our customer, you receive detailed periodic reports from the project manager describing the status of the project and what steps come next. At Linde Kryotechnik, quality always reveals itself as a sum of many positive details viewed in the light of the user’s individual requirements. This standard is not one you encounter every day, but it is the standard against which you can measure us every day. Trust always results from a good partnership.
Projects are executed under the Linde Kryotechnik “phase model.” Every phase is followed by internal and external milestones and control points so that a high level of quality can be achieved in product and performance.
