sk<strong>in</strong> for wound closure.<br />
Extremes of age.<br />
Debilitat<strong>in</strong>g constitutional disease.<br />
Unavailability of blood.<br />
Unavailability of support<strong>in</strong>g facilities <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g perioperative<br />
environmental control and competent<br />
personnel.
