Leases
At the end of the 2011 and 2010 financial years, the Group has primarily leased out office space to third
parties, where they conduct their business under operating leases. The minimum lease payments, in
accordance with the existing contracts in force and without taking into account the impact of the
common expenses, future increases in accordance with the CPI or future updates of contractual lease
payment revisions, are as follows:
