Rental Information<br />
With capacity for groups up to 184 people,<br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong>Burr</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> Community Center is<br />
an ideal location for your next event. Our<br />
program space is perfect for holiday ga<strong>the</strong>rings,<br />
baby showers, birthday parties,<br />
family reunions, community group meetings,<br />
non-profit groups, and more. The<br />
<strong>Burr</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> Community Center opened on<br />
September 29, 2005. The building features<br />
a beautiful entrance lobby, four main<br />
program rooms, a large kitchen used for<br />
cooking programs, preschool, and <strong>Park</strong><br />
<strong>District</strong> administration offices. Contact <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> to receive a pamphlet with<br />
complete pricing details.<br />

Group 2: Individual resident or resident business<br />
Group 3: Non-residents<br />
1. Capacity is 184 with set-up of tables and chairs.<br />
2. Building supervisor rate of $12 per hour will be charged for Group 1 use which<br />
occurs at times when <strong>the</strong> building is not open to <strong>the</strong> general public.<br />
All fees are subject to change and restrictions according to <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> policies.<br />
