Any defects or bad habits must be called when <strong>the</strong> horse is sold.<br />
Such as: Cribbers, Lameness or Unsoundness<br />
<strong>Sioux</strong> <strong>Falls</strong> <strong>Regional</strong> Livestock and its associates act as agent<br />
only on all sales and are not responsible for buyer/seller error<br />
or misunderstanding.<br />
A signed breeder’s certificate must accompany all bred mares<br />
and/or mares with foals at <strong>the</strong>ir sides.<br />
After a horse is sold, it MUST be left with a halter and lead rope<br />
or <strong>the</strong> seller will be charged a $10.00 fee.<br />
All consignments MUST go through <strong>the</strong> ring. There will be NO<br />
substitutions. Only <strong>horses</strong> consigned to <strong>the</strong> sale will be allowed<br />
on <strong>the</strong> sale grounds. All <strong>horses</strong> sold before, during and after <strong>the</strong><br />
sale will be subject to <strong>the</strong> commission fee and catalog fee.<br />
HORSES WILL BE SOLD IN CATALOG ORDER.<br />
Horses which are unsound or lame must be announced in <strong>the</strong><br />
ring.<br />
Checks & registration papers will be issued after 7 days.
