Painted or artificially colored fresh plant material is never permitted. 4. Bleached, treated (glycerinized, etc.) and dried material (i.e. weathered wood) may be used unless otherwise stated. 5. Artificial plant material (i.e. silk flowers) are not permitted. 6. Exhibitors may enter only one (1) entry per class. 7. Each booth should include a scarecrow. All plant materials should be labeled with a black number on a white tag corresponding to the same number on a posted list. Posted list need only have common plant names. (No need to be hand-written). Booth set up may begin any time over the week preceeding the fair.
