Rules:
1. All photographs must be framed and have a
wire hanger fastened securely to the back of the
picture. NO TAPE.
2. No unframed item will be accepted. Matting
is not framing.
3. Photographs must be 8”x10”.
4. Due to space constraints, frame size must
not exceed 11”x14”
5. An award will be given for the best color
flower over all.
All entries will be accepted Monday, Sept. 2, 2013
between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. NO
ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 4 P.M.
