GENERAL RULES:<br />
1. Entry deadline is August 16, 2013. All entries<br />
to be judged are to be entered on entry<br />
blank and on file at the fair office.<br />
NOTE: Entries should be made in proper<br />
age/ability category. Only one category can<br />
be entered. (ex. adult, senior citizen)<br />
2. Entry fee is 25 cents ($.25) per entry.<br />
3. All entries will be accepted Monday, Sept. 2,<br />
2013 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and<br />
4:00 p.m. No entries will be accepted after<br />
4:00 p.m.<br />
4. No item may be exhibited for more than two<br />
years. Rosette winners are not eligible to be exhibited<br />
again.<br />
5. All entries are made at the owner’s risk and<br />
the Hardin County Agricultural Society will not<br />
be responsible for any loss.<br />
6. All entries are to be the work of the person<br />
making the entry.<br />
7. All entries must be finished and dry to<br />
the touch.<br />
8. Exhibitors allowed (2) entries per class.<br />
9. The decision of the judges is final. If the<br />
judge decides a class merits no blue ribbon, none<br />
will be given.<br />
10. Judging times will be posted.<br />
11. Entries will be released Sunday, Sept. 8 at<br />
7:00 p.m. NO ENTRIES WILL BE RELEASED<br />
BEFORE THAT TIME.<br />

1. All pictures must be framed and HAVE A<br />
WIRE HANGER FASTENED SECURELY TO <strong>THE</strong><br />
BACK. Tape is not a secure fastener.<br />
2. No unframed item will be accepted, except<br />
entries in the gallery wrap classes. Matting is not<br />
framing.<br />
3. All work in these classes for exhibit only<br />
and can not be advertised for sale.<br />
4. Paintings should not exceed 24” x 24”.<br />
5. Read the general rules.<br />
6. All entries will be accepted by Monday,<br />

Anyone who teaches or works in a profession<br />
