Fair Veterinarian – A parent or guardian must<br />
be present at the exhibitor’s pen to authorize<br />
the treatment. All veterinary services must be<br />
paid for at the time of service. The Fair Board<br />
is not responsible for the payments to the veterinary<br />
services rendered to exhibitors.<br />
