Clinton County Grants (Above) The Crossing of Clinton County students are given a second chance to complete their high school education by attending the recently formed alternative school. The Clinton County Community Foundation provided The Crossing with partial funding to help purchase a copy machine, laptop, school supplies and software that monitors student progress. (Above) Benches were installed along the disc golf course at the Clinton County Foundation for Youth Camp Cullom. The benches provide disc golfers and hikers a place to rest. Grant money from the Clinton County Community Foundation provided partial support to purchase and install the benches. (Above) New ventilation fan motors were installed to provide ventilation for the residents of the Clinton County Humane Society. A grant from the Clinton County Community Foundation provided funding to purchase the motors and improve the environment for the animals. “How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.” – Anne Frank 34
