Carroll <strong>County</strong> Grants<br />
(Above) A young Delphi Public Library patron uses an Early Literacy<br />
Station to develop skills through a wide range <strong>of</strong> curriculum <strong>of</strong>ferings that<br />
are age appropriate, provide educational value and are easy to use. The<br />
Carroll <strong>County</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong> provided funding to purchase the<br />
all-in-one computer station.<br />
(Above) Grant funding from the <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong> helped<br />
to provide partial support towards the YWCA <strong>of</strong> Greater<br />
Lafayette’s Outreach Posters for Carroll <strong>County</strong> project. The<br />
posters are part <strong>of</strong> the YWCA’s Domestic Violence Intervention<br />
and Prevention Program educating the area about domestic<br />
violence.<br />
(Left) A copy machine is put to good use to print newsletters,<br />
copy ancestral information and promote the museum’s fundraising<br />
activities for the Carroll <strong>County</strong> Historical Society/Museum’s<br />
Promoting History <strong>of</strong> Carroll <strong>County</strong> project. Partial funding<br />
to purchase the machine was provided by the Carroll <strong>County</strong><br />
<strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong>.<br />
(Above) At a special summer event, members <strong>of</strong> the “Friends <strong>of</strong> Carroll <strong>County</strong>” group enjoy dinner and fellowship. The dinner and a ride on<br />
the Wabash & Erie Canal’s boat were made possible by sponsorships.<br />
