Mick coached the British Olympic team from<br />

1980-1988 and was a member of the swimming<br />

coaching team at the Sydney Paralympics. He is coach<br />

to British Paralympic swimmer, Darren Leach.<br />

Colin coaches at the Manchester High Performance<br />

Centre and has five of his swimmers on the Paralympic<br />

team. He was previously the senior coach at the City of<br />

Salford and placed able-bodies swimmers on world and<br />

commonwealth teams as well as disability athletes on<br />

the Sydney Paralympic team. Colin has been a winner<br />

of the BSCTA Coach of the Year award and was<br />

inducted into the UK Coaching Hall Of Fame in 2003.<br />

He is a serious supporter of Manchester United.<br />

A retired telecommunications engineer and current<br />

head coach of Port Glasgow Otters, Eddie has worked<br />

with British Disability swimming since 1992. Athens will<br />

be his fourth Paralympic Games.<br />

Billy is British Swimming’s high performance centre<br />

coach based at the Wales National Pool in Swansea.<br />

A former head coach for Bridgend County Swim Squad,<br />

he had coached swimmers to national and international<br />

level and has been voted the 2004 BSCTA Coach of<br />

the Year.<br />
