Wisotronic dialog 1-Channel Central Control Unit EWFS ® You can activate or de-activate the wind monitoring. However take into account 7.3.1 Wind monitoring ON/OFF the effect which the monitoring can have and observe the safety instructions in these instructions! Proceed as follows to activate or de-activate the wind monitoring: ■ Change to the service settings menu as described above. The following display is shown: Product { } ■ Turn the function dial until the following display appears: Wind monitoring { } ■ Select this menu item (button {). The following display appears: Wind monitoring OFF — + | } ■ Change the settings by using the buttons — + and then press the button |(save) If you want to exit the menu without saving the changes, press the }button twice consecutively. This completes the process. CAUTION Changing the settings of the wind monitoring can impair the safety of the system or reduce its effectiveness! If you are not sure what effect a change has, consult an expert. 7.3.2 Wind monitoring limit "UP" Here a wind speed limit above which the sunblind is to move up can be set. The setting range is from 1 to 20 m/s. If a wind evaluation is not desired, you can also set the value "0" (---) here. Proceed as follows in order to change the limit: ■ Change to the wind monitoring menu as described above. The following display is shown: Wind monitoring ON — + | } ■ Turn the function dial until the following display appears: Wind limit UP 12m/s — + | } ■ Change the limit by using the buttons — + and then press the button | (save) If you want to exit the menu without saving the changes, press the }button twice consecutively. Fresh Breeze, small trees in leaf begin to 8,0 - 10,7 5 sway; crested wavelets form on inland waters Strong Breeze, Large branches in motion; 10,8 - 13,8 6 whistling heard in telegraph wires; umbrellas used with difficulty. If the wind limits are reached or exceeded for the duration of this delay period, the wind alert is triggered and the sunblind is moved up. At a wind speed above 20 m/s a further safety function of the Wisotronic is activated. The sunblind is moved up immediately. The activation delay period is skipped in this case. 7.3.3 Wind monitoring delay<br />
