Wisotronic dialog 1-Channel Central Control Unit EWFS ® This function only makes sense if you have selected a slat product (external 6.2.4 Slat angle after moving down venetian blinds or internal venetian blinds) as the product type. After moving down has been completed by the dawn/dusk control, the slats are turned open to the set angle. You can ensure that the sunblind is turned either to let the light through (horizontal, setting 0°) or to protect against viewing from the outside (for example +80°). The following figure illustrates the setting of the slat angle: Positive value: Slats are turned outwards Negative value: Slats are turned inwards Setting 0°: The slats remain in a horizontal position Outside Inside +80° 0° -80° Fig. 6-6: Slat angle at external venetian blinds and internal venetian blinds TIP The product-typical turning time as well as the producttypical turning angle (refer to Section 7.2.3 to 7.2.5) have to be set first. Note: The setting range of the slat angle depends on the settings made in Section 7.2.3 to 7.2.5. ■ Change to the dawn/dusk control menu as described above. Turn the function dial until the following display appears: Dusk angle DOWN 80° — + | } ■ Change the setting values by using the buttons — + and then press the button |(save). If you want to exit the menu without saving the changes, press the } button twice consecutively. The two horizontal lines are the limits specified by you for moving the sunblind up or down. During dawn the outdoor brightness increases until Point 1 of the curve is reached. Here the limit "Dawn UP" is reached and then exceeded. The delay period of 5 minutes (which cannot be changed) now begins to run. At Point 2 of the curve this period has expired and the limit is still exceeded - the sunblind now moves up. During dusk the outdoor brightness decreases until Point 3 of the curve is reached. Here the limit "Dusk DOWN" is reached, after which the brightness drops below the limit. The delay period of 5 minutes (which cannot be changed) now begins to run. At Point 4 of the curve this period has expired and the brightness still lies below the limit - the sunblind now moves down. 6.2.6 The dawn/dusk control during wind,- rain- or ice alert The dawn/dusk control is inactive during a wind,- rain- or ice alert.
