The Group employs over 850 people
and provides advice on all aspects of
BVI, Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey
law and fiduciary solutions through
our spread of international offices
that cover all time zones and key
financial markets.
An individual or organisation legally responsible for managing assets

in the areas of Banking and Finance,
Investment Funds, Corporate
and Private Wealth. At the same
time, Ogier is a full-service law firm,

What we do
Ogier Fiduciary Services
Ogier’s trust and company
administration business is made up
of highly experienced and qualified
accountants, company secretaries and
other skilled associates with over 250
administrators worldwide.
Our business comprises of three
divisions:
Ogier Corporate Services
We provide company secretarial,
accounting, administration and
director services. We work on mergers
and acquisitions, insolvencies and
restructuring as well as reorganisations
for our clients.
Ogier Fund Services
We administer over 5,000 investment
funds and can support a fund as it is
launched as well as provide ongoing
administration.
Ogier Private Wealth
We offer family office administration
services catering for wealthy families
and owner managed businesses.

Behind the scenes, our Group Services
function is responsible for running the
business on a day to day basis and
includes Business Development and
Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, Compliance
and our Operations team.

Training & development
We are fully committed to nurturing our

A generous budget is set aside for
training, making sure that we provide
employees with the financial support

of our MyCareer@ogier programme.

Out & about
Ogier in the
community
We are firm believers in supporting
the community and have developed
an active sponsorship and fundraising
programme. Each year, Ogier
employees nominate charities who will
benefit from the various fundraising
initiatives organised by our Charity
Action Group. The total raised is then
matched by the partners.
In Jersey, over the last four years we
have raised £155,000 for local charities
including Cancer Relief, a Special
Needs Inclusion Project, the Zannah
Trust, Family Nursing and the JSPCA.
In the same time frame in Guernsey we
have raised over £50,000 in support of
local charities, including Cancer Relief,
Les Bourgs Hospice, Guernsey Lifeboat
and the Maison Million Appeal.

We sponsor and support a wide range
of local projects in the Channel Islands
in the areas of education, sport, the
arts as well as the local community
and the environment.
In Guernsey we have sponsored the
Guernsey Squash Racquets Association
for a number of years as well as
the bi-annual Victor Hugo Music
Festival and the Guernsey Young
Enterprise Scheme.
In Jersey we work across all secondary
schools and sponsor a series of
educational masterclasses and lectures
to help gifted and talented students
reach their full potential.
We sponsor the Novice Triathlon and
the Annual Triathlon and within the arts
we are involved with the Branchage
film festival. To help make a difference
within our local community we are
closely involved with Le Squez Youth
Club and are the green sponsor for
Jersey Heritage.
