Custom Engineered Solutions
Utilizing the latest technology, Sani-Matic creates a 3D model
of your process vessels. This allows us to engineer the most
effective static spray device and drill pattern to ensure proper
coverage of all ports and surfaces. With decades of experience in
spray technology and Bio-Pharm CIP applications, the Sani-Matic
team understands the spray dynamics required to ensure proper
flow rates, pressures and geometries.

Precision Drilled Spray Balls
and Custom Supply Tubes
Once the spray pattern and design have been
determined, Sani-Matic will manufacture the
spray balls and supply tubes to deliver the
solution. Orbital welding of the spray balls and
custom patterns drilled with a CNC machine
provide repeatable and consistent patterns.
Sanitary tube welds use orbital welding wherever
possible. All product contact welds are ground and
polished to meet your interior finish requirements.
Orbital welds are boroscope inspected to meet
ASME-BPE standards.

Sani-Matic provides complete documentation designed to meet
your validation requirements, which include:
• Material Certificates (i.e., MTR’s and letters of compliance)
• Weld qualification, log and inspection reports
• Weld maps
• Mechanical polishing procedures
• Electropolishing procedures and certifications
• Surface finish certification
• General and subassembly as-built drawings
• Spray pattern layout with degrees and angles
