Moved by Cr Langer, seconded by Cr Walker
That a Business Plan for the Land Transaction for the former Nursery Site at Jolimont,
including the details outlined in this report, be advertised in accordance with s3.59 of
the Local Government Act 1995 and any submissions received be considered by
Council.
