thixotropic addition silicone with an exotic flavour. FREEALGIN
is ideal for preliminary and orthodontic impressions, removable
prostheses, antagonists and temporaries.

CLINICAL TECHNIQUE
Initial case
Creation of the matrix with ELITE
GLASS: leave at least 2 mm of
silicone around teeth*
Make sure there are no defects in the
area involved in the impression

towards the cervical edge
Addition silicone (VPS) for making a transparent matrix directly
in the patient’s mouth. Subsequently, light-curing materials (eg
composite) are applied into the matrix and re-seated in the mouth
to be light-cured through the transparent matrix. (ideal for making
temporary veneers).
Repositioning the matrix made
with ELITE GLASS in the mouth,
making sure not to leave gaps
between the matrix and the teeth.
Photopolymerise through the
matrix**
Finishing the composite: remove the
excess material and polish**
End result
• Completely transparent matrix - allows a variety of
cosmetic dental problems to be resolved quickly with
excellent aesthetic results
• Reduces the non-polymerised surface layer of the
composites due to the inhibition by oxygen
