With all the features and benefits of the original Double Taper LIGHT-POST,
an additional feature of the Double Taper LIGHT-POST ILLUSION is
the patented color-on-command post transformation. When the post is placed, the
intrinsic color of the post disappears, allowing it to blend into the natural dentition. If retreatment
or removal is ever required, the color of the post will reappear on command by simply using
cold water. The Double Taper LIGHT-POST ILLUSION is also available in 4 sizes, with
each post color-coded.

DOUBLE TAPER LIGHT-POST
Double Taper LIGHT-POST are constructed from unidirectional,
pretensed, quartz fibers bound in a resin matrix. This design produces a
post with flexural strength exceeding that of metal posts but with a low modulus of elasticity
similar to dentin, allowing it to absorb functional stress and prevent root fractures. Compared to
competitive posts, BISCO fiber posts have a long clinical track record of success. The Double
Taper LIGHT-POST is available in 4 sizes, each with two tapers to mimic the natural shape of
the canal and to conserve tooth structure. The Double Taper LIGHT-POST is packaged with
color-coded rings to simplify identification and placement.
