Looking back on the last year, we can safely say that it has been a period of unprecedented growth
at Bisco Canada filled with exciting changes both large and small. We expanded our exclusive
distribution territory for Bisco products to include Ontario and the Maritimes, opened an office in
Quebec to better serve our customers in that province and negotiated exclusive distribution for RTD’s
Double Taper fiber post products, considered by many experts to be the best fiber post available on
the market.
However, we haven’t just grown for the sake of growth. Our growth has been directed by focusing on
the needs of the people we serve. Essentially, it has been a result of our ongoing strategic development
on how we can help you grow while maintaining our level of excellence. Moreover, as a former health
care provider, I am sensitive to the many challenges faced by owner/operators of dental practices. It
was not that long ago that I was involved in marketing my own practice and managing my patients for
practice growth. Although fun and rewarding, it was trying at times. From this perspective, our team
is fully made aware that our processes to supply and support products must have the ability to assist
you in optimizing your practice more comprehensively, either directly or indirectly. Operationally, we
make certain our products, education, service, delivery, and technical support are first class. We also
make sure that people who call us are greeted with a live voice because we believe that certain things
are better left unchanged.
