EPASS tutoring had a record breaking

semester of EPASS,
ESL and Writing Center
Tutoring.

EYE ON EPASS
In the coming weeks! …
The Spring 2012 semester is bringing with
it an abundance of change to the EPASS
tutoring program. In response to a constantly
growing demand for content specific support
Tutor Talk
in the introductory biology, chemistry and
physics courses, as well as, organic chemistry,
we are providing weekly drop-in tutoring in
the Math and Science Reading and Tutoring
This portion of the newsletter is usually devoted to
introducing you to the EPASS tutors, however we thought
that we would share some feedback from the students
utilizing the EPASS tutoring program. This feedback
was provided by a survey distributed by the tutors to the
students that they worked with.

We are also piloting small group tutoring
appointments, with two or three students per
appointment, as well as, providing 30 minute
tutoring appointment options. Not to worry, we
will of course still be offering the one on one
tutoring that EPASS is known campus wide
