PROSPECTUS OF FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENT FUNDS (e) upon the record date for determination of the person entitled to any dividend on the Shares of each Class of any Fund, the net asset value of the Shares of such Fund shall be reduced by the amount of such dividend declared. 2. If there have been created within any Fund two or several Classes of Shares, the allocation rules set out above apply, “mutatis mutandis”, to such Classes. 3.
