Campus Correspondence, Memos, and Mailing Labels All campus correspondence stationery, memos, and mailing labels should be printed as shown on this page and the next. Facsimile Cover Sheets The use of fax cover sheets is widespread, and the image they convey is as important as other stationery products used at BRCC. Therefore, fax cover sheets must conform to the standards set forth in these Guidelines. The illustrated format should be followed in all instances. Fax cover sheets are provided by the Office of Public Relations upon request. Memo Pad Printed Advertisement All advertisements should include a BRCC logo; and use Helvetica (or Arial) as the accompanying typeface. All ads should be reviewed and approved by the Office of Public Relations prior to being sent for publication. Notecards (2 types) Envelopes (Used with Formal Letterhead)
