BRCC Stationery Items
BRCC’s official identity is expressed through use
of its letterhead, envelopes, business cards, fax
cover sheets, memo pads, and other college publications
that use the official college seal.
Business Cards
As designated, administrators and staff can
obtain business cards. Business cards are the
only stationery item, other than those used in the
Office of the Chancellor, where an individual’s
name and title can be used. All full-time faculty
and staff receive business cards. The college’s
mission statement is printed on the back of all
business cards. Adjunct instructors may have
business cards printed using their own private,
non-academic funds; however these cards
should meet the printing and design standards
set forth by the Office of Public Relations. Refer
to the illustrations of official stationery for those
styles approved for use by employees of the
College. No other designs are acceptable.

Department Stationery
No stationery item shall bear the name, office,
and title of an individual except those items
used by the offices of the Chancellor, Human
Resources, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid
and Finance, and Accounting. In accordance
with state statutes, no printing costs will be
paid from any College account for the purpose
of having stationery that includes an individual’s
name, office, and title printed on it.
