A univariate analysis was performed to identify potential factors among those patients with a high conversion and those with a low conversion taking the median value as the cut-off (similarly for cured cases also). The Chi- square test of significance was used to test the difference in proportion of converted cases among patients with and without factors (similarly for cured cases also). Logistic regression analysis was performed for those risk factors found significant in the univariate analysis.
