governmental health speciality camps held. <strong>The</strong>se<br />
scores were added for each HF year wise. All HFs<br />
were broadly classified into four groups namely; poor,<br />
fair, good and very good based on percentiles (25,<br />
50, 75, and above 75% respectively) <strong>of</strong> scores given.<br />
<strong>The</strong> overall conversion and cure rates <strong>of</strong> the HFs<br />
that included in each <strong>of</strong> these groups were calculated<br />
