But….. we have lots to do before we declare <strong>TCP</strong><br />

as having reached perfection!


Future of <strong>TCP</strong><br />

• No further allocations unless a result of<br />

further national evaluation or election<br />

commitment.<br />

• Strengthen service integration and key<br />

stakeholder relationships.<br />

• Implementation of Quality Framework<br />

as part of whole of health service<br />

accreditation process.<br />

• Continue to advocate at a national level<br />

for program improvement.<br />

• Strengthen data reporting to<br />

demonstrate positive outcomes for older<br />

people and ensure adequate program<br />

funding.
