But….. we have lots to do before we declare TCP
as having reached perfection!

Future of TCP
• No further allocations unless a result of
further national evaluation or election
commitment.
• Strengthen service integration and key
stakeholder relationships.
• Implementation of Quality Framework
as part of whole of health service
accreditation process.
• Continue to advocate at a national level
for program improvement.
• Strengthen data reporting to
demonstrate positive outcomes for older
people and ensure adequate program
funding.
