Current attitudes<br />
Overall, relatively positive attitudes exist toward<br />
eGovernment’s continued development. As Figure 10<br />
shows, the optimists (people who agree that<br />
eGovernment will make <strong>government</strong> more efficient<br />
and more accountable) outweigh the pessimists<br />
(people who disagree that eGovernment will make<br />
<strong>government</strong> more efficient and more accountable)<br />
by a significant amount.<br />
