is responsible for Securian’s affiliated retail

distribution, Securian Trust Company, and
all broker-dealers: Securian Financial
Services, CRI Securities, and CFG/H.Beck.

Agency Group, leading
Western & Southern
Financial Group’s
career marketing and sales organization.
He previously served as President and CEO
of TIAA-CREF Life Insurance Company.

Joseph W. Jordan is an independent consultant,
author, and speaker with over 36 years of industry
experience. A former Senior Vice President
at MetLife, Joe is an industry-renowned thought
leader. In 2011, he released the book, Living a Life
of Significance, which was listed as one of the “Top
5 Books of 2011” by Financial Advisor Magazine.
Mark Rooney, CFP ® , ChFC ® , CLU ® is

Advisors Western Division. He has spent
his entire 40-year career with AXA,
beginning in Los Angeles and is now
based in Irvine, CA.
Joe Sparacio, LUTCF, CLU ® , CLF ® is Agency
Vice President of MassMutual’s Western Region
Agency Focus Team. Prior to joining the home
office, he served as CEO and Managing Partner
of The Island Financial Group in Woodbury, NY,
from 2005 to 2012.
