Connolly, JD, CLU ® , ChFC ® is Senior Vice President, Individual Distribution, at Securian Financial Group. Based in St. Paul, MN, he is responsible for Securian’s affiliated retail distribution businesses including career distribution, Securian Trust Company, and all broker-dealers: Securian Financial Services, CRI Securities, and CFG/H.Beck. Anthony M. Garcia is President of Western-Southern Agency Group, leading Western & Southern Financial Group’s career marketing and sales organization. He previously served as President and CEO of TIAA-CREF Life Insurance Company. Paul A. LaPiana, CFP ® is Senior Vice President, Individual Distribution, at MetLife in Charlotte, NC. He leads over 7,600 financial advisors from MetLife, MetLife Resources and New England Financial affiliated distribution channels. He also manages the Enterprise General Agency and all of the Individual Distribution support functions. Jon S. Tooley, CLU ® , ChFC ® is Senior Vice President, Head of Insurance Solutions Distribution, at Lincoln Financial Distributors, Inc., the wholesaling distribution organization for Lincoln Financial Group. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2010, he served as a Senior Executive responsible for Life Insurance Distribution at The Hartford Foundation Directors Rodger K. Johnson, CLU ® , MSFS, CFP ® , CAP ® is a partner at Johnson Financial Group, an affiliate of New York Life Insurance Company located in Tyler and Dallas, Texas. He has leveraged 30-plus years of experience and extensive education to facilitate local CAP ® classes. Joseph W. Jordan is an independent consultant, author, and speaker with over 36 years of industry experience. A former Senior Vice President at MetLife, Joe is an industry-renowned thought leader. In 2011, he released the book, Living a Life of Significance, which was listed as one of the “Top 5 Books of 2011” by Financial Advisor Magazine. Mark Rooney, CFP ® , ChFC ® , CLU ® is Senior Executive Vice-President at AXA Advisors Western Division. He has spent his entire 40-year career with AXA, beginning in Los Angeles and is now based in Irvine, CA.
