AS Silvano Fashion Group Consolidated Interim Financial Report for Q2 and 6 months of 2014 Declaration of the Management Board The Management Board of AS Silvano Fashion Group has reviewed and approved Consolidated Interim Financial Report for Q2 and 6 months of 2014 (hereinafter “the Interim Report”). Members of the Management Board confirm that according to their best knowledge the Interim Report gives a true and fair view of financial position of the Group, its financial performance and its cash flows in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, as adopted by EU, and IAS 34 “Interim Financial Reporting”. Furthermore, Members of the Management Board confirm that in their opinion the Interim Report provides a fair review of significant developments in the Group's activities that occurred during the reporting period and their impact and describes significant risks and uncertainties that may affect the Group during future reporting periods.
