The relevant rates, provided all the abovementioned necessary supporting data is made available to the ESA auditor. 2. Summary Cost Reports for the relevant period in PSSA2 format, by Work Package, in accordance with contract requirements. 3. Detailed transaction listings, drawn from the companies own accounting and time-recording system. 4. A reconciliation of 2 & 3 above. 5. Highlighted Samples from the listings in 3 above sent to the company. 6. Audit file prepared by the company with original travel vouchers and receipts, timesheets and purchase orders, matched to the requested sample.
