Summary of change<br />
All references to “subscription fees” have been changed<br />
to “account fees”.<br />
General Term 1.2 has been deleted and replaced <strong>with</strong><br />
new General Terms 1.2 and 1.3 which clarify:<br />
(a) the types of <strong>information</strong> that we hold <strong>about</strong> you;<br />
(b) the way we use, share and analyse <strong>your</strong><br />
<strong>information</strong> <strong>with</strong>in The Royal Bank of Scotland<br />
Group;<br />
(c) the types of organisations we share <strong>your</strong> data<br />
<strong>with</strong>; and<br />
(d) how we will use <strong>information</strong> that we hold<br />
(including any transactional <strong>information</strong>) for<br />
marketing purposes.<br />
General Term 4.3 has been deleted and replaced <strong>with</strong> a<br />
new General Term 4.3 which explains how we deal <strong>with</strong><br />
<strong>your</strong> payment instructions as well as timescales for making<br />
payments. Where you instruct us to make a payment, we<br />
will make the payment using the Faster Payments Service<br />
if possible. If we cannot use the Faster Payments Service,<br />
we will advise you of alternative methods.<br />
