years and has developed subject area expertise in general management as well as specialising in<br />
areas such as International Business and Business Administration.<br />
• The BSc (Hons) Business Management<br />
‘fast track’ degree programme can be<br />
completed in just two (2) years, simply<br />
by studying through two (2) summers<br />
– enter the job market before your<br />
peers, plus save money on fees and<br />
living expenses. Students must meet<br />
completion criteria and interview for<br />
1st Year Degree (equivalent) in Business<br />
to be eligible for consideration on this<br />
programme for entry to the 2nd Year<br />
fast-track stream <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong>.<br />
• The BA (Hons) in International<br />
Business not only develops a student’s<br />
understanding <strong>of</strong> the economic,<br />
political, legal and cultural factors<br />
in the global economy but also<br />
provides them with the ability to<br />
communicate on an international level.<br />
• The international excellence <strong>of</strong> the<br />
<strong>University</strong>’s work was recognised<br />
in the 2008 research assessment<br />
exercise. This showed all the<br />
university’s research units have<br />
aspects regarded as world-leading,<br />
