Carrying Cases<br />
Our hard-shell carrying cases are an excellent way to keep all of your OWL fiber optic gear together in one place, and provide additional protection from accidental<br />
droppage. Convenient pick-and -place foam inserts allow you to configure the case to best suit your needs. Three sizes are available: small, medium, and large.<br />

Protective Boots / Lanyard<br />
These rubber boots help protect your OWL test equipment from impact in the case of accidental droppage,<br />
and the loops protect the equipment connector ports. Lanyards can also be attached to the loops at the top<br />
for hanging equipment on communications racks during testing. BOOT-2 is used for <strong>Fiber</strong> OWL series<br />
products, and BOOT-1 is used for all other products.<br />

The <strong>Fiber</strong> OWL 4, Micro OWL 2, and Wave<strong>Test</strong>er<br />
optical power meters come configured with a USB<br />
port for connection to a PC for downloading data.<br />

Previous models of the <strong>Fiber</strong> OWL 4, Micro OWL 2, and<br />
Wave<strong>Test</strong>er series optical power meters are designed to<br />
store data acquired during the testing of fiber optic links.<br />
This cable provides a RS-232 serial connection between<br />
these meters and a PC for downloading stored data to a<br />
PC. The meter connection is a 1/8" phono plug, and the<br />
PC connection is a DB9 female serial connector.<br />
