In answer to requests for clarification, the Agency is hereby providing the following
information concerning the above-mentioned procurement:

b) In addition, tenderers are informed that although repetitions while preparing the
proposals should be avoided to the extent possible, the amount of maximum pages
(500) identified in the conditions of tender for Volume II has been provided for
information and should not be considered as a compulsory requirement in relation to
tender submission.
c) The delivery date of the request to participate and tenders is confirmed. No
extension shall be granted. Tenderers are invited to take note that at this point of the
procedure, ESA will have to take a decision on selection of candidates in response to
their requests to participate. The selected candidates will be retained to take part in the
negotiated procedure. Selected candidates’ preliminary tenders will serve as a basis
for the subsequent phase. Tender evaluation will be done in accordance with the
procedural steps identified in the Tender Conditions.
d) Potential Tenderers are invited (but not obliged) to already indicate their interest in
bidding by filling in and sending the enclosed fax to the Agency at their earliest
convenience, so that they can be included in future communication, if any, regarding
clarifications of the conditions of tender issued by the Agency.
