Impact Benefit Agreements. Our training division, NUNA Training
Technologies which incorporates heavy equipment training
simulators and field and classroom training, has been instrumental
in developing community members to become employed in the
Northern mining industry. This has resulted in NUNA having,
among owners and contractors – the highest percentage of local
residents working on projects in which we are involved.
Since NUNA’s inception, considerable emphasis has
our multi-disciplined management team as well as the environmental
know-how and operational skills of our Inuit and Aboriginal
partners, NUNA has succeeded in completing over 90% of its
projects on time without infringing on safeguards for its employees
or the environment.

NUNA’s management, employees and sub-contractors are
committed to producing and maintaining the quality of products
and services supplied to our clients. The Company’s primary
quality objective is to achieve a goal of zero rework while meeting
or exceeding all relevant code and client requirements, maintaining
or exceeding delivery schedules and providing competitive value.

enhancing engagement with frontline workers on the daily safety

aspects of our work. NUNA utilizes the expertise of on-site safety
professionals to support NUNA’s project managers and supervision
teams in their pursuit of a “No Incident” worksite. NUNA’s
