The $600 No Limit Hold’em Mega Stack Challenge
had 313 players start play on Saturday vying for a piece
of the $160,913 prize pool. Seventeen returned at noon
on Sunday with it taking two and a half hours to reach
the final table. Play continued for another five hours before
the final two agreed to the chop. In the end, Mike
Zagorites of Chelmsford, MA and Joseph Smith of West
Hartford, CT played one final hand for the Championship
Trophy, which Joe won with a pair.
